Godson Teddyson Sarpong

Godson Teddyson Sarpong is a graduating MPHIL student from the Department of Chemical Engineering, KNUST.
His research interests are waste-to-energy, energy system analysis, and process control and optimisation.

His research at the master's level was focused on estimating biogas production potential and greenhouse gas emissions reduction for sustainable management using intelligent computing techniques.

This ensures the efficient use of slaughterhouse waste (manure, blood, and rumen) to produce clean energy using the anaerobic digestion process and also creates a proper inventory of the emissions in the livestock sector in Ghana.

KEEP has contributed immensely to his field of research, which has improved his research and academic career.

As he starts a new phase, he hopes to explore more in his field of research by producing hydrogen from renewable sources for use in the aviation sector and reducing environmental pollution.
