Ibrahim HAMIDU is an MPhil Chemical Engineering graduate from the Department of Chemical Engineering, College of Engineering - KNUST.
His research interest is Process Systems Engineering and Process Intensification, focusing on optimizing indigenous industries in Ghana, Africa, and the developing world. This will enhance the industrial sector's competitiveness at the global scale, yielding economic, social, and environmental benefits to the various economies.
His MPhil research focused on monitoring and reporting real-time emissions data from selected Industry locations using a developed Low-Cost-Sensor IoT-based Greenhouse Gas monitor.
He had the opportunity to interact with other scholars in various engineering fields as a KEEP scholar. He participated in several webinars and industrial internships, which helped him broaden his academic know-why, know-what, know-how.
His tuition was fully paid for, along with other related benefits, easing his educational journey, for which he is grateful to KEEP.
