Congratulations Michael Agyare

Michael Agyare is a graduating PhD candidate from the Department of Telecommunication Engineering, KNUST.
 
His research interests are Internet of Things (IoT), Vehicular Communications, Visible Light Communication (VLC), and applied Artificial Intelligence.
 
His research at the PhD level was focused on developing an intelligent radio access technology selection approach for vehicular communication networks. This will provide effective communication amongst vehicles ensuring that vehicles have the power of control upon spotting imminent danger to prevent road accidents. The research is also helpful in minimising road congestion, which contributes directly to reduced carbon emissions in urban centres.
 
KEEP has contributed immensely to his field of research, which has improved his academic and professional career.
 
As he starts a new phase, he hopes to explore more in his field of research and contribute significantly to solving the challenges facing Ghana, Africa, and the world at large.
