KEEP ATTENDS 3RD ACE IMPACT AND 12TH ACE 1 WORKSHOP IN NIGERIA

KEEP participated in the workshop in Abuja from 24th -28th February, 2020. The KEEP team members who participated include Prof. Kwabena Biritwum Nyarko (Project Lead), Dr. Jerry John Kponyo (Deputy Project Lead), Dr. David Quansah (Partnership Coordinator), Dr. (Mrs.) Eunice Akyereko Adjei (Monitoring & Evaluation Officer), Mr. Owusu Acheampong (College of Engineering Finance Officer), Mr. Kwadwo Nyantakyi Marfo (Project Manager) and Mr. George Asante (Project Accountant).

Team members participated in all the plenary sessions which covered areas such as International Accreditation, Revenue Generation, Internships and Innovation. There were also parallel sessions on Monitoring and Evaluation, Verification, Financial Management and Safeguards. The team took the opportunity to interact with the other Colleges of Engineering from various African countries during the thematic sessions. Issues about partnerships were thoroughly discussed during the thematic session.

The team also meet the team from Gambian Technical Training Institute with regards to their preparedness to roll out their undergraduate programmes in engineering.
