Profile
Eunice Akyereko Adjei is a Lecturer at Department of Mechanical Engineering Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, KNUST, Ghana, MSc Aerospace Dynamics, Cranfield University, UK and a PhD in Sustainable Energy Technologies, University of Nottingham, UK. Her PhD research focused on minimizing electricity consumption in hot-humid tropical climate through building fabric modifications and integration of sustainable energy technology.
Her main areas of teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels include Automatic Control, Instrumentation, Air Vehicle Safety and Aerospace Security, Introduction to Environmental Modeling, Analysis of Energy Efficiency and Auditing, Introduction to Renewable Energy and Research Methods. Areas of research include Energy Efficiency in Buildings, Environmental impact on Energy Consumption, Bioenergy Generation, Performance Assessment, Energy Economics, Energy Policy and Automation.
Currently, Eunice is the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at KEEP and Project and Seminar Coordinator for the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
Finally, Eunice was a member of Royal Aeronautical Society, UK and Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, UK and a Graduate member of Ghana Institution of Engineers.
