Gifty Antoinette Hukpati is a product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology where she had her first degree in Communication Design. She had her National Service as a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Department of Communication Design at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She started her working career with the Awutu Senya East Municipal Assembly, Kasoa as an Assistant Municipal Information Officer. She was in charge of disseminating information to the citizenry on government policies and programs as well as reporting and documenting events and happenings in the Municipality. 

In this capacity, she participated in van announcements, took coverage of departmental programs and Municipal events. She also updated the Municipal website with monthly reports. She is a team player who is very optimistic about everything that life brings her way. Gifty aims to use all the innate resources, capabilities and potentials to create diverse solutions which will serve as a source of remedy to most challenging problems being faced within her country and the world at large.
