Prof. Emmanuel A. Frimpong is a senior lecturer at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He joined the faculty in January 2007. He has taught various undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He has also supervised many undergraduate projects and several postgraduate theses.

He is the Research leader for the Power Systems theme under KEEP. His research interests are the application of artificial intelligence techniques to power systems, integration of renewable energy systems into power grids and demand-side management & energy efficiency.
