Congratulations Israel Tutu

Israel Tutu is a graduating MPhil Chemical Engineering candidate from the Department of Chemical Engineering, KNUST.

His research interests include Waste Water Treatment, Environmental Remediation and Renewable Energy Technologies.

His MPhil research focused on removing heavy metal ions from multi-component waste water systems using corn cob-activated carbon.

Being part of the KEEP program has improved his professional network. He is immensely grateful to the KEEP community for the great exposure and practical knowledge acquired through paid internship programmes, seminars, and workshops. 

As he progresses to the next phase of his academic career, he intends to pursue a PhD and continue to impact Ghana and the globe with his research findings, contributions, and implementations.
